The Common Jay butterfly


 The Common Jay (Graphium doson evemonides) was seen yesterday moving about between the piles of burnt earth.  What attracted me was the bluish-green patches on its black wings.  It flew swiftly and thus I was unable to have a good chance to see its  upper wings open.  Probably it needs to come another day...
